Repainting of a ceiling

<p>This offer concerns the repainting in 1 coat of a flat ceiling without moulding, with application of a finishing coat.</p>

<p>Painters generally recommend special ceiling paints which are water-based and have exceptional covering power, so that a single coat may suffice.</p>
<p>For labour, expect to pay around €25/m², including</p>

<li>protection of surfaces</li>
<li>sanding or washing</li>
<li>undercoating if necessary</li>
</ul>
<p>As an indication, painting a 30 m² ceiling is estimated at 750 € excluding VAT.</p>
<p>The filling and repair of cracks as well as additional work related to electricity will be priced separately. In all cases, the painter will systematically carry out a visit in order to provide you with a personalised estimate.</p>
